Return & Exchange Policy

At Chimkki Choice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fancy jewelry purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

1. Damages & Issues

If your jewelry item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at chimkkichoice@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the damaged item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
❌ Customized or personalized jewelry.
❌ Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
❌ Items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance event.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible jewelry items within 7 days of delivery.

Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email chimkkichoice@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Repack the Item: Send the jewelry back in its original condition and packaging.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees (if applicable).

5. Lost Packages

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us at chimkkichoice@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
