- Full Recording Length Opening Video Needed for Broken, Damaged, Empty Box, or Missing Quantity Products
- If you receive a tempered, damaged package, or suspect any issues, please follow these steps:
- Call us immediately or record a full video showing the front, back, and a full 360-degree angle of the package.
- Contact us on the same day of delivery to report the issue.
- Ship the items back to us within 2-3 days of delivery, ensuring they are in their original purchase condition and packaging.
- Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
- A credit note will be issued, which can be redeemed for future orders.
- The buyer is responsible for the risk of loss, insurance, and costs in case the return shipment goes missing or gets damaged.
Return Conditions
- Returns on jewelry are not accepted for price, size issues, unsuitability, fitting, delivery, weight, minor color variation, or quality issues.
- Only physically damaged products will be replaced. Please report any damages to us within 48 hours to arrange a replacement.
- Kindly read the full product description before making a purchase.
- Please note that size and quality issues will not be eligible for replacement.
